BestNet Communications Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BESC), a fast-growing

it has relocated its corporate headquarters from Tucson, Ariz. to Grand
Rapids, Mich.
BestNet said the relocation to Grand Rapids is part of the new senior
management team's focus on profitable growth initiatives. In the past five
months, BestNet has consolidated its operations in Tucson and Toronto,
completed a round of equity financing, hired a chief operating officer and
begun implementing new processes to manage costs, improve customer service and
increase sales.
The Company has also significantly expanded the base of business and
