    Pioneer in Evidence-Based Medicine to Appear at Major Neuroscience and
                       Immunohistochemistry Conferences

    DEDHAM, Mass., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- In support of the company's
continuing commitment to the clinical and research community, Signet
Laboratories, a pioneer in evidence-based medicine (EviMed), today announced
its conference schedule for 2005. Signet will be represented at each of the
major industry gatherings for clinical pathology and neurodegenerative
research.
    Dr. Richard D. Gill, President and CEO of Signet Laboratories, said, "We
