TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation
(NYSE: DCN) announced today that the Ford Motor Company has extended its
contract with Dana to supply the full-perimeter frame for the popular F-150
full-size pickup, Motor Trend magazine's 2004 Truck of the Year. The contract
is slated to continue across several iterations of the vehicle lifecycle,
thereby allowing both Ford and Dana to benefit from improved asset
utilization.

The Ford F-150 has earned NHTSA's five-star rating for driver and right-
front-passenger frontal crash performance and received a "Best Pick" in
frontal offset crash testing performed by the Insurance Institute for Highway
Safety.
Dana has supplied the full-perimeter frame for the F-150 for more than 30
years. Depending on the engine and transmission configuration, Dana also
supplies the transmission oil cooler, piston rings, and various gaskets and
fluid-transfer products for the Ford F-150.
