Omega joins 20 other companies new to this year's list that have met
the dividend payment requirements as well as additional liquidity criteria

financial data on global publicly listed companies.
The NASDAQ Dividend Achievers Index was launched in February of 2006 in
recognition of the growing appetite for dividend-focused investing. The
Index is designed to offer a unique approach for NASDAQ investors seeking a
long- term portfolio with higher returns adjusted for market risk. Members
of this index are typically companies with strong cash reserves, solid
balance sheets and a proven record of consistent earnings growth. A total
of 99 companies make up this year's index, which is calculated using a
market capitalization weighting methodology.
"We are proud to have achieved this distinction of being named to
NASDAQ's Dividend Achievers Index for 2007," said Donita R. Koval,
president and chief executive officer of Omega Financial. "I think it
reflects well on the efforts of our entire organization to consistently
offer dividend-focused investors a strong performance year after year."
Omega Financial is the parent of Omega Bank, which serves Central and
Northeastern Pennsylvania through a retail network of more than 60 offices

3,200 companies, it lists more companies and, on average, its systems trade
more shares per day than any other U.S. market. NASDAQ is home to companies
