(NYSE: BOR) today announced that its subsidiary, Burns International Security
Services Limited, completed the acquisition of Danfield Security Services
Ltd., based in Calgary, Alberta. Danfield provides physical security services
to industrial and commercial customers throughout Alberta. Danfield employs
over 500 security personnel and has approximately $8 million (U.S.) in
revenue.

our strategy to better serve national accounts throughout North America," said
