    HOUSTON, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of
Pennzoil-Quaker State Company (NYSE: PZL) has declared a quarterly dividend on
its common stock of 2.5 cents per share, payable March 15, 2002, to
stockholders of record on February 28, 2002.
