and equipment interface products, today announced the addition of Ted Haynes
as the Director of Marketing and Business Development of the E-Business Group.
Haynes assumes responsibility for strategic marketing and marketing
communications, and for expanding Hello Direct's network of over 500 online
partners and affiliates. He will report to Michael Young, Vice President,
CIO, and Chief E-Business Officer.
Haynes is the author of The Electronic Commerce Dictionary and has
provided electronic commerce consulting services to E*TRADE, Netscape,
Microsoft, and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His
business development background includes consulting assignments with Autodesk,
3Com, and AssureNet Pathways. Previously Haynes was a Division Director of
Marketing for 3Com and held a variety of marketing positions with Rolm
Corporation and Foote, Cone & Belding.

smalloffice.com, ShopNow.com, and TelStreet.com.
