NEW YORK, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-1'-plus
rating on the commercial paper notes of Gemini Securitization Corp.
The rating action follows Gemini's purchase of up to $775 million in
commercial paper issued by a bankruptcy-remote special-purpose entity backed
by automotive receivables and a liquidity agreement provided by banks whose
ratings are commensurate with the rating on Gemini's commercial paper program.
The rating on Gemini's commercial paper program is based on liquidity and
credit support from liquidity providers with short-term ratings commensurate
with Gemini's 'A-1'-plus rating. Gemini is a partially enhanced, asset-backed
multiseller commercial paper conduit administered by Deutsche Bank AG.
