S&P Assigns Rating to CorTS III Trust for Sherwin-Williams Debentures

    NEW YORK, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today assigned its
single-'A' rating to $74.9 million 7.25% Corporate-Backed Trust Securities
(CorTS) class A certificates issued by CorTS Trust III For Sherwin-Williams
Debentures.
The rating reflects the credit quality of the underlying assets,
$74.9 million 7.45% debentures issued by The Sherwin-Williams Co. due Feb. 1,
2097 (single-'A'), and addresses the likelihood of the trust making payments
on the certificates as required under the trust agreement. The rating does not
address the likelihood that Sherwin-Williams will file periodic reports
required under U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
