OneSource Tax(SM), a portal interface designed to help corporate tax
departments easily access tax tools, manage workflows, and track key
information.

sign-on capabilities for licensed clients of Checkpoint(R), InSource RS(R),
and/or OneSource WorkFlow Manager(TM) (formerly InSource WorkFlow
Manager(TM)). Information and data from these solutions reside on one Web
page as graph and spreadsheet 'gadgets' to drive time savings. For example,
tax department managers can review both tax provisions and Checkpoint
searches related to FIN 48 positions on the same page, to help run projects
easily and more efficiently, while staying in-tune with the issues their
department is currently facing -- and ultimately reduce risk.
