BALTIMORE, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that Steven Genett has been named General
Manager of WRLH-TV (FOX 35) in Richmond, Virginia. The announcement was
made by Steve Marks, Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair's television
group.
In making the announcement, Mr. Marks said, "We are pleased to promote
Steven to the position of General Manager. In his 18 months as General
Sales Manager, and more recently as interim General Manager, he has shown
his ability to reach out to the community and to lead the station. We are
confident that Steven will be able to build upon his many years of sales
experience and capitalize on his management skills."

Mr. Genett most recently and from 2006 served as the General Sales
Manager for WRLH-TV. Prior to that and from 2003, Mr. Genett was the Vice
President and General Manager of WFXV and WPNY in Utica, NY. From 2002 to
2003, he was the General Sales Manager and National Sales Manager at WYOU
in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA. Prior to that, Mr. Genett was the National
Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager for WPXT and WPME in Portland, Maine.
Mr. Genett began his career in broadcast television in 1997 with WOLF in
Scranton, PA after holding various executive management positions in
advertising and marketing. Mr. Genett attended the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh.
