NEW YORK, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today assigned its
triple-'A' rating to $35 million series S&P 2002-1 certificates issued by
TIERS Principal-Protected Asset Backed Certificates Trust Series S&P 2002-1.
The rating reflects the credit quality of the term assets, $15 million
Capital One Master Trust class A floating-rate credit card-backed notes series
2001-6A (triple-'A') and $20 million Discover Card Master Trust I class A
floating-rate credit card-backed certificates series 2001-1 (triple-'A') and
the bond insurer, Ambac Assurance Corp. (triple-'A'). The rating does not
address the likely performance of the S&P 500 Index.
