Corporation (NYSE: ALL) elected Jack M. Greenberg, chairman and chief
executive officer of McDonald's Corporation, and J. Christopher Reyes,
chairman of Reyes Holdings LLC, as members of its board of directors.
Mr. Greenberg, 59, also serves on the board of Abbott Laboratories and is
a member of the board of trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities, The
Field Museum, and DePaul University.
Mr. Reyes, 48, whose company owns businesses in beverage and food
distribution and is headquartered in Rosemont, Ill., serves on the boards of
Dean Foods Co., the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, Children's Memorial Medical
Center, Northwestern Memorial Foundation and Museum of Science and Industry.
