scheduled release of its financial performance results for the fourth quarter
and full year 2002. BankAtlantic Bancorp will now issue its earnings
announcement after market close on Wednesday, February 5, 2003 versus
Thursday, February 6, 2003.
BankAtlantic Bancorp will host an investor and media teleconference call
and webcast on Friday, February 7, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
