Devices, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SDVI) is pleased to announce that its
wholly-owned video game development and publishing subsidiary, Graffiti
Entertainment, LLC, has signed an agreement with Killer Bee Software to
develop and publish its real time strategy (RTS) video game, "Empire
Deluxe." Graffiti Entertainment will develop a new version of Empire Deluxe
for a major handheld gaming system and personal computers (PC), and is
planning to have the game on shelves in the last quarter of 2008.
A leading video game publisher and developer, Signature Devices, Inc.
has developed software for the world's leading game publishers, including
Electronic Arts, Crytek, Expresso Fitness, and SNK Playmore. The Company
has also developed embedded systems and electronics for companies such as
Pacific Consultants (now PEMSTAR).

major handheld gaming system and the PC. The game will include multiplayer
capabilities and receive a major upgrade in that we will be making the game
completely 3D and take advantage of the handheld gaming system. We are very
