NEW YORK, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific Games (Nasdaq:
SGMS) today announced that it has signed a contract for the manufacturing
of instant tickets with China Sports Lottery Printing, Ltd. ("CSLP"), in
the People's Republic of China ("PRC").
Through one of the Company's joint ventures in China, Scientific Games
will establish, working together with the CSLP, a state of the art instant
ticket manufacturing facility at an existing CSLP location as soon as the
press can be manufactured and delivered. This facility will be operated by
the joint venture for a 15-year period. Revenues to Scientific Games will
be based on a percentage of sales.
