Mark C. Miller has joined the company's board of directors. Miller has served
as the president and chief executive officer of Stericycle, Inc. since May
1992. Stericycle is the leading provider of regulated medical waste
management services in the United States. Prior to joining Stericycle, Miller
held a number of management and marketing positions at Abbott Laboratories,
most recently as vice president for the Pacific, Asia and Africa in the
international division.
