Partnership integrates nCircle vulnerability assessment data into RedSeal
SRM system to create comprehensive security risk picture

Inc., a developer of innovative security risk management (SRM) platforms,
and nCircle, the leading provider of agentless security risk and compliance
management solutions, today announced a technology partnership integrating
nCircle's detailed vulnerability assessment information into RedSeal's
Security Risk Manager (SRM) solution.
RedSeal's SRM solution uses nCircle's IP360 vulnerability assessment
data from endpoint devices as a crucial input when creating comprehensive
security risk maps to proactively identify and measure security risk and
prioritize remediation. To create network security risk maps and identify
remediation strategies, RedSeal's SRM solution incorporates network
topology information from routers and firewalls, vulnerability and asset
intelligence drawn from nCircle IP360, as well as data from
patch-management systems.
Based on this map, customers are able to drive down overall security
risk by proactively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities and threats
that represent the most significant overall security risk in the context of
the network.
