Worldwide Flight Services Wins Major Contract at Toronto Airport

    TORONTO, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Worldwide Flight Services, the world's
leading independent aviation services provider, was selected by Continental
Airlines and Continental Express to provide ramp services at Toronto's Pearson
International Airport (YYZ).
    Worldwide will begin servicing seven Continental B737 daily flights and
five Continental Express regional jet daily flights on Feb. 27.  The new
contract calls for a 40-person work force.  Most of the staff will be drawn
from the company's existing work force at YYZ, as a number of part-time
employees are offered full-time employment.
    Worldwide also provides services to Continental, Continental Express and
Continental Micronesia at 13 other airports throughout the United States and
Canada.  The company serves 12 other airline customers at YYZ, with a variety
of airline services.

technical assistance such as passenger boarding bridge maintenance, fueling

equity investment fund managed by Castle Harlan, Inc., a New York-based
merchant bank.
    Also in 1999, Worldwide acquired Miami Aircraft Support, Inc. in Florida
and Aerolink International, Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pa., continuing to strengthen

providers.
