HOUSTON, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennzoil-Quaker State Company (NYSE: PZL)
announced today that Thomas P. Kellagher has joined the company as senior vice
president, business development. He will report directly to James J. Postl,
president and chief operating officer. Kellagher will focus on strategic
planning, building best practice business processes and acquisitions.
Kellagher has 15 years of experience in strategic planning, merger and
acquisitions, economic analysis and energy industry consulting with McKinsey &
Company and Wright Killen & Company in Houston. He also worked for Gulf Oil
Company in Philadelphia and Houston from 1978 until 1984 in refining and
marketing.
Kellagher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from
Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University.
