 Network Advertising Orders in First Five Weeks of 2000 Already Surpass Those
                                   Of 1999

    MIAMI, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Radio Unica Communications Corp.

Gold Cup 2000, today announced that is has sold out its network coverage for
this major soccer event.  With leading advertisers such as Chevrolet, Miller
Genuine Draft, Western Union, Honda, Allstate and El Sitio.com, Radio Unica,
the first and only 24-hour Spanish-language radio network in the U.S., will
provide the most extensive coverage to listeners nationwide starting Saturday,
February 12 to Sunday, February 27, 2000.  With Radio Unica's exclusive radio
broadcast package, the network continues to be a dynamic advertising medium
that provides advertisers with an alternative, uniform national sales platform
that delivers the message to major U.S. Hispanic markets.
    Gold Cup 2000 will mark the second time, with the 1999 "Copa America"
being the first, that soccer on Radio Unica has been sold out.  Impressively,
the network's coverage of the final of the 1999 tournament attracted a record
number of listeners nationwide.

    Sanctioned by CONCACAF, Gold Cup 2000 is the premiere biennial tournament

marquis event will kick off with USA vs. Haiti followed by Colombia vs.
Jamaica.  The network will air 19 soccer matches and showcase the region's top
national teams going up against World Cup 1998 participants.  The event
concludes with the final match at the Los Angeles Coliseum.  Radio Unica will
also air a one-hour special pre-game program where sports anchors will comment
