Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC Appoints Leaders to New Business Units in Realigned Organization

RESTON, VA UNITED STATES
    RESTON, Va., Feb. 8, 2007 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Technical Services
Company LLC (RTSC), a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), has
appointed two Raytheon executives to lead newly formed business units that
are focused on customer satisfaction and positioning the company for
growth.

    David Dacquino is named vice president and general manager of
Integrated Support Solutions (ISS), with headquarters in Burlington, Mass.
ISS provides a range of services and capabilities including integrated
logistics support, software development, training and maintenance,
installation and integration to U.S. and international customers and
contractors. Previously, Dacquino served as RTSC vice president and general
manager of System and Product Support Solutions.
    John Balaguer is named vice president and general manager of Customized
Engineering and Depot Support in Indianapolis. The new business unit's
capabilities include engineering, logistics, systems installation and depot
support services for the full life-cycle support of products and systems.
Previously, Balaguer served as RTSC vice president and general manager of
Engineering and Production Support.

customized engineering and manufacturing within the new structure."
    Dacquino has more than 25 years of experience in the aeronautics,
electronics and technical services industries. Before joining RTSC, he was
deputy product-line general manager of the $1.25 billion Naval Weapons
Systems product line for Raytheon.
    Dacquino holds a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering
technology from Arizona State University and an MBA in finance from
California State University. His professional designations include
international certifications in management, purchasing, contracts and
production inventory management. He currently serves on the Board of
Advisors of SOLE - International Society of Logistics. Dacquino also serves
on the Technical Operations Governing Council of the Aerospace Industries
Association (AIA).
    Balaguer's career includes formerly serving as a member of the Raytheon
Company Evaluation Team (RCET) where he worked with all of Raytheon's
government and defense businesses. Prior to joining the RCET, he was deputy
director of operations and engineering for Raytheon's Integrated Defense
Business Systems business.
    Balaguer holds bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in materials
engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., and is a
graduate of the Raytheon Business Leadership Program. He currently serves
on the board of directors for Raytheon Canada Limited and as a member of
the College of Engineering Dean's Strategy, Council Ohio State University.
