hands-free communication technology, announced the appointment of James P.
Lucivero as Vice President of Sales. Lucivero will be responsible for all
sales activities to include core business and new market activities. Jim's
experience includes Nexar Technologies, a personal computer manufacturer,
where he was senior vice president of sales and marketing and Leading Edge
Products where he was senior vice president of sales. Lucivero also served in
executive sales capacities with Panasonic Communication Systems. He has an
MBA in management from Suffolk University and has over 20 years in the high
technology arena. "Jim's channel and strategic partner experience will allow
us to continue to strengthen our core business campaigns while positioning the
company to further expand its very successful new business ventures including
sale of products into retail, OEM, and mobile markets," said P. Michael

In a separate announcement, Michael W. Ferguson was named Vice President
of Marketing. He will assume full responsibility for product marketing,
communications, e-commerce, and new business development activities. Ferguson
joined GN Netcom in 1995 and has served in various executive sales and
marketing capacities. Mike has over 20 years of sales and marketing
experience in the consumer electronics, computer equipment, and direct
marketing industries. He was previously director of direct marketing for GCC
Technologies, a developer of high-performance computer peripherals. "We are
thrilled to be able to allow Mike to focus upon enhancing the company's reach
into new product and marketing activities including direct response marketing
and e-commerce programs. Mike's business-to-business marketing background
will be instrumental in promoting this cause," added Fairweather.
