Hamilton to Serve as Member of CSG Executive Management Team

solutions, today announced that it has promoted Rae-Ellen Hamilton to Vice
President of Human Resources in recognition of her nearly 10 years of service
to the company.

Adding to her current responsibilities of overseeing employee relations,
staffing, coaching and recruiting, Hamilton will now join CSG's executive
management team help and focus on developing CSG's next generation of leaders.
She will report to the company's chief executive officer, Ed Nafus.
Hamilton joined CSG in 1997 and has over twenty years of experience in
employee and leadership development. Most recently, Hamilton managed CSG's
human resource functions for the Americas (North, South and Central). Prior
to CSG, Hamilton worked with TCI for seven years in cable operations focusing
on customer service and human resources issues.
