Pennzoil-Quaker State Company Announces Dividend
 
    HOUSTON, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Pennzoil-Quaker
State Company (NYSE: PZL) has declared a quarterly dividend on its common
stock of 18.75 cents per share, payable March 15, 1999, to stockholders of
record on February 28, 1999.
    Pennzoil-Quaker State Company's annual meeting of shareholders will be
held in Houston, Texas on May 6, 1999 at 11:00 a.m.
