Edens & Avant Names Jessica Bruner Retail Leasing Representative In Mid-Atlantic

COLUMBIA, SC USA
    WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant, the nation's leading
owner and manager of grocery-anchored Necessity Retail(R) shopping centers,
announced today that Jessica Bruner will serve as Retail Leasing
Representative in the Company's Mid-Atlantic Region.

    Jessica Bruner joined Edens & Avant in October.  She is a member of
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association
of the shopping center industry.

of Retail Leasing in the Mid-Atlantic for Edens & Avant.  "Jessica brings

    Bruner has responsibility for retail leasing initiatives throughout the
region; she will be responsible for Edens & Avant Necessity Retail Centers in
the following markets:

    Virginia

    Ridgewood Farm Village - Salem
    Southwest Plaza - Roanoke
    Town Center at Twin Hickory - Richmond
    Towne Crossings - Richmond
    Village Courts - Lynchburg
    West Broad Commons - Richmond

    Bruner holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College
Park.  As Retail Leasing representative for Edens & Avant, Jessica Bruner will
be based in the Company's Mid-Atlantic Regional Office, located at 7200
Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland.
