Edens & Avant Appoints Shari Murray Property Manager in Mid-Atlantic

    WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant, the nation's leading
owner and manager of grocery-anchored Necessity Retail(R) shopping centers,
announced today that Shari Murray will serve as Property Manager the Company's
Mid-Atlantic Region.

    Shari Murray joined Edens & Avant in November.  Prior to joining Edens &
Avant, she was Senior Property Manager for Stoladi Property Group in
Chantilly, VA.  She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

    Lake Montclair Center - Dumfries

    As Regional Property Manager for Edens & Avant, Shari Murray will be based
in the Company's Mid-Atlantic Regional Office, located at 7200 Wisconsin
Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland.
