Joshua B. Bolten of the Office of Management and Budget to Address The Bond Market Association;

 Will Discuss The President's Spending Restraint Policies and Long-Term Needs
                          to Reform Social Security

    NEW YORK, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bond Market Association today
announced that Joshua B. Bolten, Director of the Office of Management and
Budget, will address members of the Association on February 11, 2005 in its
New York office located at 360 Madison Avenue.  The focus of the meeting will
be the 2006 budget, including the President's spending restraint policies and
long-term needs to reform Social Security.
