DETROIT, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- It's time to "rev up" your best
communication projects and see how they stack up against your peers, as the
2005 IABC/Detroit Renaissance Awards "Call for Entries" gets underway.
The annual awards competition showcases the creative and effective ways in
which communicators play a key role in every area of business and community.
Open to communicators in southeast Michigan, northwest Ohio and southwest
Ontario, the Renaissance Awards honors individuals and organizations that have
conducted creative campaigns that excel in execution as well as transform
attitudes and actions.
"The IABC/Detroit Renaissance Awards provide an opportunity for Detroit's
outstanding communicators to be recognized for excellence by a jury of their
peers," said Lynn Baldwin, president of IABC/Detroit. "And, peer recognition
is indeed one of the highest honors of all."
Early bird entries are due by Tuesday, March 15, 2005 and the final
deadline is Tuesday, March 22, 2005. Awards will be presented during a
special banquet at the VisTaTech Center in Livonia on Tuesday, June 14, 2005.
