Waste Industries USA, Inc. Announces All American Waste Management Acquisition

    RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Waste Industries
USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: WWIN), a regional, non-hazardous solid waste services
company, today announced the acquisition of All American Waste Management,
Inc. which is a private subscription, residential and recycling services
provider in the Northern Metro Atlanta market.
    Mr. Bill Hanley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Company,
stated, "This is a continuation of our strategy to increase density through
tuck-in opportunities.  The acquisition allows us to add more customers and
increase truck utilization in an existing market."
