announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities
and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A
common stock. Boise intends to apply to have its shares listed on the New
York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol BCC. The initial public offering
is expected to take place later this year.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank
Securities are acting as joint book-running managers of the potential
