DALLAS, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Industrial Technologies, Inc.
(NYSE: GIX) announced today that Paul Fehlman has been named Vice President
and Treasurer.
Mr. Fehlman joined Global in 1997 as Assistant Treasurer. Prior to
joining Global, he spent seven years at American Airlines working in a variety
of positions in the finance and corporate treasury departments. He is a
graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo where
he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a graduate of Cornell
University's Johnson Graduate School of Management where he earned his Master
of Business Administration.
In his new position Mr. Fehlman will have full responsibility for all
corporate treasury activities.
