Kevin Klages, BGE HOME Chief Operating Office, Named as Successor
BALTIMORE, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy
(NYSE: CEG) today announced that William H. Munn is retiring as president
and chief executive officer of its BGE HOME subsidiary effective in March
and will be succeeded by Kevin Klages, currently chief operating officer.
Munn plans to spend more time with his family and expand his current
non-profit board activities.
As president the past 13 years, Munn has been the driving force behind
the growth and success of BGE HOME as it matured from a regional storefront
retailer into a high efficiency Home Comfort Sales and Service Business, as
well as a recognized leader in the sale of high efficiency HVAC equipment.

Klages, who has been with BGE HOME since its founding, will succeed
Munn. Klages earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola College and a master's
degree from the University of Baltimore. Klages serves as the American
Cancer Society's Board Representative to the United Way of Central
Maryland.
BGE HOME, based in White Marsh, Maryland, provides heating, air
conditioning, plumbing, and electrical sales and service; appliance
repairs; and window and door replacements. The company's customers include
residential and small commercial, throughout Maryland.
