Radware Presents Security as a Core Business Enabler at RSA 2006

Executive presentation, new product announcement and dinner event featuring
top IDC analyst underscore Radware's vision for application security

    MAHWAH, N.J., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR),
the leading provider of intelligent integrated solutions for ensuring the
fast, reliable and secure delivery of networked and Web-enabled applications
over IP, today announced that Chief Technology Officer Amir Peles will discuss
strategies for stopping hackers from penetrating encrypted transactions during
his panel presentation at RSA 2006, Feb. 13-17, San Jose, California. In
addition, Radware will unveil DefensePro version 3.0 software for the
company's family of integrated intrusion prevention and Denial of Service
security switch appliances. DefensePro 3.0 software features unique behavior-
based, self-learning capabilities for proactive zero-day protection against a
multitude of threats without any need for human intervention, keeping
business-critical applications up and running at all times. Radware, along
with IDC's Research Director of Security Products Charles Kolodgy and select
enterprise customers, will also host an invite-only dinner discussion and a
"Don't Gamble with Your Business" poker tournament at top Italian and
Mediterranean restaurant Spiedo Ristorante.

Who: Amir Peles, chief technology officer
     When: Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006 at 5:35 p.m.

Because even the latest security technologies cannot properly inspect
encrypted network traffic, hackers retain unprecedented ability to launch
worms, Trojan Horse programs and other malicious attacks that can bring
revenue generating applications to a screeching halt. The impact of these
attacks can be devastating for any business. This session will educate
network managers on the latest encryption and evasion techniques, and how they
can protect their mission-critical applications from these crippling attacks.

    New Product Introduction
Radware will also demonstrate the latest version of its DefensePro
security solution for integrated intrusion prevention and denial of service
protection at RSA. Incorporating technology from Radware's recent acquisition
of V-Secure, DefensePro 3.0 minimizes false positives and ensures high
performance for legitimate traffic by using new self-learning, behavioral
analysis technology that does not require any human intervention for manually
setting thresholds. DefensePro 3.0 bolsters application security and improves
productivity by automatically identifying and classifying threats, and then
proactively applying countermeasures against any type of known and unknown
Zero-Day DoS, DDoS and SYN flood attacks. Radware executives and product
managers will be on hand at the booth to provide overviews of DefensePro 3.0
and conduct demonstrations.

the increasingly critical role that effective security policy plays in
achieving business objectives. Radware executives will also be on hand, as
will several enterprise customers, to offer first-hand perspectives on
security's role in meeting business goals. Radware will then round out the
evening with a poker tournament for all attendees.
