Organization Prepares for Ongoing Expansion in Key Markets and Product

    LONDON, February 13 /PRNewswire/ -- BCS Global, a leading worldwide

the appointment of three executives to its global management team,
accelerating plans for continued growth in key markets and supporting its
ongoing roll-out of new services and applications for its worldwide
customers.

    Clive P. Sawkins joins the company as Senior Vice President, Global
Sales and Marketing, having held senior positions in Nortel Networks and
Avaya. Most recently, Clive was responsible for the Unified Communications
and Telepresence Video Collaboration business at Cisco Systems, Europe.
Clive brings in-depth sales and marketing experience gained over the last
20 years in global telecommunications, with a particular focus on new
technologies and applications in emerging markets.

    Feizhen Lu comes to BCS Global in the role of Chief Operating Officer
responsible for all internal operations including new customer
provisioning, research and development, engineering and worldwide customer
support. With 14 years of international business and management experience
as a top global executive for ZTE Corporation, China's largest publicly
listed telecommunications company, Fiezhen most recently held the post of
President, North America Region. Prior senior management roles within ZTE
include Vice President, Mobile Division; President, Asia Pacific Region;
and CEO, ZTE Pakistan. Feizhen has studied at Harvard Business School and
has her Masters Degree in Engineering from the Huazhong University of
Science and Technology, China.

    Catherine Playford joins the company as Chief Financial Officer and
Vice President of Corporate Services, responsible for global finance, human
resources and legal operations. Catherine brings an expertise in strategic
business planning, financial and operational management, most recently, as
CFO of Panorama Management, a business intelligence solutions firm.
Catherine has held senior finance positions including Chief Financial
Officer and Vice President, Business Development for Newstar Technologies
Inc. and Vice President, Finance and Administration and CFO for Minicom
Data Corporation.
