Franklin Covey Announces Conference and Webcast

    SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global training leader
Franklin Covey (NYSE: FC) today announced that Robert A. Whitman, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the Roth Capital Partners
14th Annual Growth Stock Conference on February 20, 2002 at the Ritz-Carlton,
Laguna Niguel, California.  The Company will be presenting Wednesday at
9:30 AM and will webcast the conference presentation at:
