Wireless and Keynectis have established a 3-way cooperation to enable
French on line service providers (banks, corporate customers, public
sector) to offer mobile signature services to their customers. This
cooperation brings together the industry leaders in mobile signature and
identity solutions, public key infrastructure and information services
operations coupled with thorough understanding of the French market.

    There are millions of internet users in Europe that do not use the
online access offered by their banks to manage their accounts and
transactions. The main reason reported is the lack of trustworthy security
measures. If they would guarantee security and provide a user friendly and
convenient authentication method, European banks would be able to attract
up to 34 million new customers to their on line services. A new response to
this market requirement is now available in France and will facilitate on
line service providers, whether they are banks or not, in the development
of highly secured applications.

    Experian, the global information services company, just signed on a
cooperation partnership with Valimo Wireless and Keynectics, with the aim
to offer a convenient but highly secure access method for online service
providers. Experian is integrating Valimo's mobile signature techonology
and Keynectis' infrastructure for managing digital certificates into a
single service offering, thus making mobile signatures available for banks,
corporate customers, public administration and governmental agencies.

    Mobile signatures have proven themselves as a mass-market service. In
2007, Valimo delivered a complete mobile signature service infrastructure
to Turkcell and Telefonica. Already 12 banks in Turkey support their retail
customers' use of Turkcell's MobilImza ("Mobile Signature Service") to
authenticate themselves for online banking and to digitally sign bank
transactions. Government agencies and corporate customers are also using
mobile signatures to sign custom forms and public service applications.

    Keynectis specializes in public key infrastructure trust services and
digital certificates. More than 10 millions french citizens currently use a
digital certificate issued by Keynectis for web-based authentication and
digital signature (home banking, e-Gov services). Keynectis also secures
millions of e-ID document (e-passeport, e-ID cards, e-Health Cards) in
several countries. This partnership is an opportunity to extend its
services on new mobile media.

    For on line service providers, the benefits of such an ASP solution are
clear: no need to invest in PKI infrastructure, neither in hardware or in
hosting the service ; reliable service by Experian processing centers ;
price based on number of users ; Service Level Agreement defining support
and maintenance processes.
