welcomed over 1,000 biotechnology and pharmaceutical job seekers to the
Pharm Country Career Fair in Bridgewater, NJ on February 4, 2008.
The 23 bioscience companies recruiting at the event interviewed
candidates from a deep talent pool throughout the day. Sean Fitzmorris,
Recruiting Manager at Bridgewater-based Enzon Pharmaceuticals offered,

The event was marketed and promoted specifically to life science
professionals only. For admittance to the event, all candidates had to
possess a four year degree in a relevant discipline, and have worked at
least two years in a bioscience-related field or industry. As with every
Career Fair, BioSpace pre-screened all candidates, and ended up turning
away 21% of registered bioscience professionals based on qualification
standards.
