                      Apani's Network Security Solutions

    SAN FRANCISCO, RSA CONFERENCE 2005, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Apani

of Mr. Tony Chang to the position of Vice President of Engineering.  For the

    Prior to joining Apani Networks, Tony was the Senior Vice President of

products.  Foundstone was acquired by McAfee in October 2004.
    Previous to Foundstone, Tony held executive management roles at Telelogic
AB, a leading global provider of advanced software and systems development.
Tony's most recent role with Telelogic was Vice President of Product
Development, responsible for the overall development of enterprise class
application lifecycle management solutions.  Additionally, Tony also provided
strategic direction for that company's technology initiatives, strategic
partnerships, and alliances as well as enterprise customer support.  In
recognition for this work, Tony's team was named "Software Developer of the
Year" for 2002 by the Software Council of Southern California.
    Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National Tsing Hua University
in Taiwan and a Master's in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of
Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.
