FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fort Worth Chapter of
International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) has announced that
Jim Barach will speak at the March 1 luncheon on "How to Think Like a
Reporter." Jim Barach is a broadcaster with more than twenty years of
experience as an on-air personality. He has extensive experience as a radio
and TV personality, reporter, journalist, anchor, and is a certified
meteorologist.
Successful media skills can make or break a company, as well as a career.
It has become almost mandatory for executives and company representatives to
know how to make the most of a TV appearance. With his experience in TV news,
Jim will show you how to:
* Think like a reporter to anticipate questions
* Speak in sound bites to guarantee your messages make the airwaves

The luncheon meeting will be held March 1 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the
Petroleum Club, Carter-Burgess Plaza, 777 Main Street. 39th Floor. Lunch cost
for IABC members is $20 and $25 for nonmembers.
