New Retail Lending Center to Open in Spring 2005
SUNRISE, Fla., Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- ABN AMRO Mortgage Group (AAMG), one
of the nation's leading mortgage lenders, recently hired Frances Santana as an
account executive for its emerging retail lending facility, ABN AMRO Mortgage-
Sunrise, in Sunrise, FL. Frances Santana will work with Realtors,
homebuilders, and financial advisors to provide AAMG's mortgage lending
products and services to consumers in southern Florida. Santana will also
work with a variety of Broward county community groups to help increase home
ownership.
Although consumers will be able to research loan options and obtain a
mortgage at ABN AMRO Mortgage-Sunrise, its customer-centric approach will
utilize Santana to establish relationships with mortgage referral sources,
such as Realtors and homebuilders. Those referral sources will then be
directed to a mortgage consultant who will personalize service to customers,
ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

well as sales and operations leadership. Santana, who is fluent in Spanish,
is a graduate of the Florida Mortgage Brokers School in Tampa, FL.
ABN AMRO Mortgage-Sunrise is located in Sawgrass Point at 1000 Sawgrass
Corporate Parkway, near the intersection of 136 Avenue and I-595. It is
scheduled to open to the public in the Spring of 2005. The retail facility
