Alliance Provides Total Network Integration Solutions

Motorola's (NYSE: MOT) Global Telecom Solutions Sector (GTSS) has strengthened
its turnkey network integration capabilities for 2G, 2.5G and 3G networks by
entering into a service alliance agreement with CH2M HILL Communications
Group, a leading global provider of network delivery services. This alliance
combines the business and commercial objectives of both companies, forming an
integrated team to provide telecom operators with highly flexible, timely, and
cost effective total network solutions that accelerate deployment of next
generation networks.
