Sprint Brings the Network to the Mountain in New Deal with Boyne USA

     Resorts Get Connected as Part of New Agreement for Voice, Video And
                                Data Services

    OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan-based Boyne USA
Resorts, which operates "four-season" golf and ski resorts throughout Michigan
and as far west as Washington, has signed a multiyear agreement with Sprint
(NYSE: FON, PCS) which will bring a combination of voice, video and other data
services to visitors at some of Michigan's finest resorts.  Boyne USA Resorts
in Michigan represents Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands and The Inn at Bay
Harbor -- A Renaissance Golf Resort, all located in the northern Lower
Peninsula.

    Through the new agreement, which makes Sprint the primary communications
provider for Boyne USA Resorts, the companies will deliver videoconferencing,
frame relay data services, Internet Protocol (IP) data services and a range of
voice services to the Michigan locations and to Boyne resorts in Utah,
Washington, Montana, Tennessee and British Columbia. The new deal also
includes a sponsorship and marketing relationship brokered by Detroit-based
Strategic Asset Marketing LLC, through which Sprint is also the official long
distance company of Boyne USA Resorts.
