King Pharmaceuticals to Webcast Live Conference Call Following Release of Fourth-Quarter and Year-End 2003 Earnings

    BRISTOL, Tenn., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- King Pharmaceuticals,
Inc. (NYSE: KG) reported today that the Company will provide a live webcast of
its conference call to be held following King's announcement of earnings for
the fourth quarter and year ending December 31, 2003.  As previously
announced, King plans to announce earnings for the fourth quarter and year
ending December 31, 2003, prior to the market open on Thursday, February 19,
2004.
    Interested persons may listen to the live conference call on Thursday,
February 19, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., E.S.T.

are unable to participate during the live webcast, the call will be archived
