(NYSE: CPQ) and Schlumberger Network Solutions, a business unit of
Schlumberger Ltd. (NYSE: SLB) providing information technology connectivity

networks securely via the desktop, thin client and wireless thin client. This
solution is configurable for heterogeneous operating environments and with
multiple certificate authorities allowing companies to realize the benefits of
a flexible and mobile Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) offering. Customers
benefiting from this joint security solution will be supported by the sales
and global service organizations of both companies. Schlumberger Network
Solutions has a team of PKI experts dedicated to meeting the most-demanding
enterprise-wide customer requirements for security, flexibility and mobility.

DeXa.Badge solution optimized to run on Compaq's iPAQ Pocket PCs for thin-
client authentication, integrated with an end-to-end system featuring Compaq's
industry standard ProLiant servers and Evo desktop and laptop computers.
Compaq's global security practice collaborated with Schlumberger Network
Solutions to integrate the Schlumberger DeXa.Badge solution in the booth at
RSA.
    The DeXa.Badge solution includes a card-issuance and card-management
system to support the entire life cycle of the smart card. Centralized
