Golden Eagle To Announce Results From Geological Reports on Company's Cangalli Gold Mine and Buen Futuro Gold/Copper Project

       Company's CEO to Discuss Reports in Conference Call and Webcast

    SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golden Eagle
International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:  MYNG) announced today that it will
host a Special Investor Conference Call and simultaneous Webcast on Tuesday,
February 24, 2004, at 4:15 p.m. EST (3:15 p.m. CST, 2:15 p.m. MST and 1:15
p.m. PST). The Conference Call and Webcast will feature the Company's CEO,
Terry C. Turner, discussing the results of geological reports conducted on the
Company's two key properties: the Cangalli mine in the Tipuani Gold District,
as well as the Buen Futuro property in the Ascension Gold-Copper Trend.
    The Company will also discuss gold production and the status of the build-
out of the TPS mining system at the company's Cangalli mine. In addition to
