wireless service, which delivers summarized financial news stories and other
business information in audio format direct to users of digital cellular
phones located in the United States and Canada. Based on specific stock
preference and priority level selections, "TheFirstNews Wireless" delivers
instant headline messages to a user's cell phone, alerting them to breaking
news aggregated from more than 45 news sources. The user can hear an audio
broadcast of the news story right on their cell phone with the simple touch of
a button. The Company plans to formally launch its new wireless service before
the end of March 2001.
