Voyager Expanded Learning and 3P Learning Host 2nd Annual World Math Day Competition

Students from around the globe compete online as they strive to answer more
                  than 50 million math questions correctly

    DALLAS, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Voyager Expanded Learning(R)
and 3P Learning announced today that they will again host a free, web-based
World Math Day competition on March 5, 2008. Children of all ages and
ability levels from around the globe will unite in their quest to set a
world record in answering math questions correctly on Voyager's
VmathLive(TM) website (http://www.vmathlive.com) and 3P Learning's Live
Mathletics(R) Game Engine (http://www.mathletics.com.au and http://www.mathletics.co.uk).

    The event will begin on March 5 west of the International Dateline and
continue through to the last minute of March 5 east of the International
Dateline. Students will take part in real-time battles of speed and skill
and may participate either at home or at school.

    Last year 286,392 children from more than 1200 schools in 98 countries
came together to answer 38,904,275 questions correctly. This year,
registration began on February 1, 2008, and already more than 400,000
students in 12,000 schools from more than 130 countries have signed up for
the event and started practicing.

    Existing Voyager VmathLive and Mathletics schools will have automatic
entry into the event. Teachers and students can register free of charge at
