To be held at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco on March 2nd through

to present on Monday, March 3rd at 12:15 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
-- Raymond James' 29th Annual Institutional Investors Conference:
To be held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando on
March 2nd through March 5th, 2008. Members of FiberTower's management
team are scheduled to present on Wednesday, March 5th at 10:25 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time.
