Chicago Title Corporation Announces Management Change

    CHICAGO, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Title Corporation (NYSE: CTZ), a
leading provider of title insurance and real estate-related services, today
announced that Jeffrey A. Wilson has joined the company as executive vice
president of the Institutional sector, replacing Michael J. Keller, who is
leaving the company.  The announcement was made by John Rau, president and
chief executive officer.
    As head of the Institutional sector, Wilson will be responsible for the
organization's efforts to provide a range of bundled products and services for
major national mortgage lenders, primarily through the company's
CastleLink(SM) national sales and service group.  The heads of Chicago Title's
non-title businesses -- Chicago Title Flood Services Inc., Chicago Title
Credit Services Inc., Chicago Title -- Market Intelligence Inc. and Chicago
Title Field Services Inc. -- also will report to Wilson.
    "Jeff Wilson brings us a strong and varied background in financial
services and information processing," said Rau.  "We thank Mike Keller for his
service at Chicago Title, and welcome Jeff as part of our senior management
team."
    Since 1996, Wilson has served as president, chief executive officer and
director of T.D. Service Financial Corp., a Santa Ana, Calif.-based privately
held supplier of software and services to the mortgage lending industry.
Previously, he was president and chief executive officer at Terminal Data
Corp. of Moorpark, Calif., and was president of Adaptive Information Systems,
Hitachi, Laguna, Calif. and Bell & Howell Records Management Co., Los Angeles.
He began his career at Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Co.,
Chicago, and later worked for Citicorp as general manager of its Chicago-based
Services Management Group.
    Wilson is a 1972 graduate from the University of Illinois.  He was an
instructor in the Masters in Business Administration program at Lake Forest
School of Management, Lake Forest, Ill.
    Chicago Title provides title insurance, escrow and closing services as
well as property valuation, credit information, default management and flood
compliance products through a network of more than 340 offices and
approximately 4,100 agents nationwide.  Chicago Title's subsidiaries  --
including Chicago Title Insurance Co., Ticor Title Insurance Co. and Security
Union Title Insurance Co. -- issue approximately one in every five title
